Frísco, an exciting and fun (‘immature’ is literally our TTB designate) take on Brandy, is growing up and wants your help! 

Frísco drinkers are passionate about enjoying life, travel, music, learning, and helping others. These are the things that make us smile and what we want to share with people over a tasty cocktail. We are looking for a true believer in Frísco who is ready to wake up excited to spread the Frísco love!

Having earned a 92 and Top Spirits of 2017 from the Wine Enthusiast and a Gold and Best in Class from LA International Spirits Competition we are looking to actively grow our sales team here in the Bay Area and Northern California. This is a full time contractor role. 

Responsibilities:
Sales – Reporting directly to the CEO, you will identify and reach out to Bars, Restaurants, Retail managers, and owners who might buy Frísco. Your mission, sell into trending spots and build general excitement about Frísco there. Our approach is to go deep in clustered areas and really communicate with our bars to have Frísco highly visible via menu placements, specials, and just solid recommendations. There is an already existing book of about 60 accounts in the Bay that you will be introduced to.
Events – You will identify events and partners including on premise, off premise, and public events (concerts, charities) with licenses. Tasks will vary but you will be a part of the overall logistics and production behind the event including set up/take down, prepping cocktails, greeting folks, and collecting information.
Management - Work with part time brand reps in your area to effectively grow the sales network. Coordinating accounts, events, and messages. 

Qualifications: 
Driven – This is probably the most important, given the considerable portion of commission.
Attention to Detail - I cannot stress how important this is as well, not just in representing the brand but in an overall approach to work. 
Communicative – We are a team, let us know how things are going, and how we can help. Our support system starts with communication. Strong conversation and emailing skills are critical. 
Experience - Ideally you have worked in the spirit sales industry before and have a strong network established. 
Outgoing – Frísco is a fun liquor! Be comfortable striking up conversations and talking to new people. Social networking in real life (first) and social media (second). 
Administration - The role does require record keeping and administration of your accounts so being basic computer literate is a must. We use excel tracking sheets for recording sales, visits, contact information. It takes a few hours a day. 
Stylish – A simple but important task is to be presentable. We are a casual team but we do represent a brand.
Knowledgeable – Well versed in spirits, cocktails and or willing to learn. 
Transport – Access to a car required. Transportation allowance provided.

Full-time Contract Position
(40 hours/week)
$60k base salary (paid monthly)
Additional $12k Menu Bonus broken down and paid Quarterly
Additional 5-15% Sales Commission Bonus available - this should be a focus
$1,000/month for in-market expenses
$300/month transportation allowance
Meaning upwards of 100k potential pay with base, bonuses, and allowances. 
3 weeks vacation, 1 week floating days
*Air and hotel expenses extra (minimal travel to start though expected to grow)
This does not include medical coverage
Long term equity incentives in the company may be available upon discussion
